Want to try out the Homemade Bisquick Baking Mix from yesterday?

Easy Leftover Chicken Pot Pie

1 can cream of something soup (I've used onion and chicken)
1 cup +/- cooked veggies or frozen veggies thawed
1 cup +/- cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c milk
1 egg
1 cup Baking Mix

Preheat oven to 400.
In 9" pie plate mix soup, veggies and chicken.
Mix milk, egg and baking mix.
Pour baking mix over chicken/veggie mix, smooth over its surface.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

I make a white sauce and add either chicken broth or a chicken cube to the milk. I havent used canned soup for a few years. I read the lable and it was not good.
I do buy lots of flour, sugar, and yeast, but its well worth it.
I love your site, thanks.
