Make Your Own Italian Seasoning Blend

Why buy an extra bottle of Italian Seasoning when you can make it with what is already in the spice rack?

Save up a empty seasoning bottle.

Mix

2T oregano
1 T garlic powder
2 tsp onion salt
2 T basil
1 tsp rosemary
2 T thyme

    This sounds great! One year I made Emeril's Essence and Paula's house seasoning for everyone for Christmas. I put each seasoning in a baby food jar, tied with a ribbon, and a recipe card for each seasoning mix. The recipes are on The Food Network website.
    Everyone loved it!
