Spread in the back of cupboards, behind appliances, etc. The soda mixes with the digestive acids, creates a gas, and fortunately for us, roaches can't eliminate gas, so they kind of expand beyond the capacity for their bodies to hold it in.LizzieK8https://www.blogger.com/profile/17418678210403829598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-681345169052205157.post-45149921544138262442009-06-19T10:11:00.008-05:002009-06-19T10:11:00.008-05:00Another suggestion is to put this "tasty food...Another suggestion is to put this "tasty food" outside or someplace away from your pantry/food area, this way they won't be walking all over the counter and your food.Annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16607527454796749102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-681345169052205157.post-50872283922370636272009-06-19T09:05:05.861-05:002009-06-19T09:05:05.861-05:00Thanks for the tip! I wish you had posted this a few months ago when we had an ant infestation in the kitchen.

I have a tip for people with infestations of fruit flies: take a butter tub (cleaned out of course), and put some apple cider vinegar in it. Cover it with saran wrap, and then poke some small holes in the saran wrap. The fruit flies can get it, but can't figure how to get out. We've used this trick successfully several times!Sewing-Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13282532221695943114noreply@blogger.com
