If you have a mess of cords under your computer like I do, save up your bread tags. Unplggd explains the usefulness of tagging your cords like the above picture.
I just use address labels that I write the name of the piece of equipment that it goes to on it. Then I fold the sticky sides together with the cord sandwiched in between. It tears of when you want it off, but won't come off if the cords get pulled on.
